PROJECT COMPLETE | AMK Lawyers

From concept through to completion, we are excited to share the finished AMK Lawyers office fitout, designed and delivered by IGNITE FITOUTS.

The completed workspace brings together a refined, professional palette with warm feature lighting, dark timber finishes, custom joinery and black-framed glazing to create a modern workplace with a strong sense of identity.
Our team delivered a combination of private offices, open workspaces, meeting and collaboration areas, custom joinery, kitchen facilities and carefully considered feature details throughout.

A big thank you to AMK Lawyers, Eco Project Consulting, our project team, subcontractors and suppliers who contributed to the successful delivery.

We have been busy lately, our IGNITE FITOUTS team has been completely client focused, working diligently behind the scenes to deliver exceptional spaces.

Our latest project for Coombes Property Group is a perfect reflection of that dedication. We took a full commercial floor through a complete transformation, starting with a total demolition down to a clean, cold shell, and rebuilding it into a premium warm shell.

The Fitout works involved constructing new intertenancy walls, refurbishing all existing structures, and adding a striking modern touch by spray-painting the exposed concrete ceilings and services. Finished with premium new carpet, upgraded shopfronts, and completely renewed amenities, the space flows seamlessly into a stunning new building lobby delivered by Coombes Property Group.

This spectacular turnkey floor is now officially open and actively being shown to prospective tenants looking for their next elevated workspace.

A sincere thank you to the team at Coombes for the incredible opportunity to deliver this project and collaborate together.

PROJECT COMPLETE! 👏

We are proud to have completed the fitout for OMR Property, transforming a cold shell industrial unit into a functional, and contemporary office space.

Delivered in just 4 weeks, this project is a great example of what can be achieved through strong collaboration, careful planning, and a committed team.
It was delivered alongside Shashi Ramasahayam at Eco Project Consulting and designed by Tessa Grosvenor at Edit Interiors.

The project was successfully handed over on time, on budget, and with minimal defects, reflecting the high standards our team strives to achieve on every project.

A huge thank you to the entire IGNITE FITOUTS team and all of our subcontractor partners for their hard work, professionalism, and dedication throughout the build. Your commitment made this project a success.

We look forward to delivering many more outstanding projects together.

Welcome to the Team, James Leavitt - Site Manager

We’re thrilled to welcome James Leavitt as our new Site Manager. With over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and fitout projects across education, corporate, and retail sectors, James brings a wealth of on-the-ground expertise to the team.

A practical construction leader who knows how to manage site operations from planning through to handover safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. His background includes strong safety management, subcontractor coordination, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

James has already hit the ground running, he’s kicked off his first project with Ignite Fitouts, and we can’t wait to see his leadership shine on site.
