Job completed in south penrith this week ✅

The original tiled roof had multiple leaks due to the tiles starting to become porous and allowing water to seep through the tile.

The job consisted of the following:
- High pressure wash of the tiled roof ✅
- Repoint all cracked pointing ✅
- Replace All broken tiles ✅
- 1 Coat of high build primer ✅
- 2 Coats of Windspray tile guard paint ✅

Job Completed in south penrith this week.

The old carport roof had been leaking for quite some time which caused the carport ceiling to collapse. The house gutters were also rusted out in sections and were not draining correctly.

The job consisted of:

- Removal and disposal of the old house gutters and downpipes ✅
- Supply and install of Colorbond Novaline fascia cover, high front quad gutters and downpipes ✅
- Removal and disposal of the old carport roof sheets and battens ✅
- Supply and install of a Colorbond trimdek roof fitted with all required flashings and battens ✅
