The answer is pre-spray.

Carpet fibres can hold onto years of dirt, oils, food residue, pet contamination and everyday grime.

A professional pre-spray helps break down and loosen that soil before extraction.

Depending on the carpet and the level of soiling, we may then use agitation to help work the cleaning solution into the carpet fibres.

This means we're not relying on the extraction machine to do all the work.

It’s not every day that MSR Pest and Carpet Cleaning Services gets the opportunity to head to the “big smoke”! 😄

This time, we made the trip to Launceston to take our carpet machine in for a check-up and service. And while we were there, we had the opportunity to enjoy a night away and dine at Rupert & Hound.

My goodness… what a treat! 🍽️✨

The food, atmosphere and service were absolutely fantastic, and it was the perfect way to make the most of our trip.
