Hidden square footage turned into the ultimate hinterland sanctuary. 🌿✨

At Raftons in Bangalow, we set out to breathe new purpose into an underused wing of the residence. We took the original footprint back to the structural framework to craft a seamlessly integrated family retreat that feels equal parts cosy and high-end.

What we crafted:
A self-contained interior with tailored joinery and a sleek new kitchenette.
An elevated outdoor entertaining area complete with custom BBQ features and fresh cladding.

Light changes everything.

At this Balmoral residence, we transformed a dark and compartmentalised 1990s home into a sculptural, light-filled retreat designed around openness, flow and architectural detail.

At the centre of the transformation sits a dramatic spiral staircase beneath a circular oculus skylight — drawing natural light through all three levels and completely redefining the experience of the home.

Layered materials, bespoke detailing and carefully curated interiors bring warmth and personality to every space, balancing contemporary living with the client’s extensive collection of antique pieces.

The view was always there—it was just waiting for us to find it.

At The Point in Darling Point, we didn’t just renovate; we performed an architectural rescue. By stripping this Thornton Place apartment back to its skeleton, we finally unlocked a Sydney Harbour panorama that had been hidden for decades.

We replaced a compartmentalised layout with a seamless, sun-drenched floor plan that puts the Harbour Bridge centre stage. Every detail, from the three bespoke bedrooms to the architectural balcony enclosure, was designed to turn a restricted high-rise into a world-class sanctuary.
