Our young gun apprentices have recently been on site at one of the Sydney Water Resource Recovery Facility’s assisting with remedial roof plumbing & stormwater upgrades.

We are extremely proud with the level of effort and commitment displayed by our current apprentices as they strive to help shape the future generation of plumbers within the industry.

The two standout areas with our current crop of young guns is the commitment to our safety standards and the effort shown to buy into our workplace culture we have created at 2M Plumbing Group.

2M Plumbing Group is proud to announce the rollout of the RGBY Safety Tagging System across all operations.

The RGBY system is a nationally recognised, quarterly colour coded inspection standard widely used across high risk Australian industries, including construction, mining and rigging. Designed in line with AS/NZS 3012 and AS/NZS 3760 standards, the system strengthens safety compliance by ensuring equipment is inspected and re tagged every three months.

The quarterly colour rotation includes:
🔴 Red – December to February
🟢 Green – March to May
🔵 Blue – June to August
🟡 Yellow – September to November

This system will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and compliance of lifting gear, height safety equipment and electrical tools across our sites and operations.
