thanks for the massive effort from the boys on this one.
Full roof, gutter and downpipe renewal.
We removed the troublesome Spanish terracotta tiles and faded red quad gutter, and replaced with high strength .48 BMT colorbond custom orb finished in Gully. The whole perimeter fitted with colorbond 150mm Half Round Gutter & colorbond 90mm round Downpipes, finished in Jasper.

A recently completed re-roof at Gwandalan.
The existing roof was a curved corrugated roof, which was leaking through the laps of the sheets due to a very low pitch to the roof.
We installed new main ridge beams to the apex of the structure, to allow us to convert the structure to a gable to gable type roof. We also changed the roof sheeting to Metlok 700 profile colorbond roofing, finished in Shale Grey. To cope with the low pitch on the roof.
Also installed 150mm half round gutters to give the old cottage an updated look.

We picked a good 38 degree day for this one.
Client had a major roof leak, that had previously been “fixed” with silicone, and more silicone.
Sometimes it’s time for a new roof.
This roof didn’t meet code, due to the corrugated profile sheeting being installed on a low pitch of 3 degrees. Water was running over the top of the roof sheeting, even though they were weathered correctly,as it had nowhere to go, especially in high wind driven rain.
We I nstalled Trimdek profile roof sheeting to cope with low pitch, finished in Colorbond Surfmist ULTRA. Including a pitch transition, flashing to ensure wind driven rain is no longer a problem!

A small job completed for a customer that was having trouble with water shooting over the top of their gutters. Replaced with 115 High Front Quad gutter, finished in manor red to match existing. We also fixed and painted the rotten rafters ends, free of charge, to ensure a strong fixing point for the new gutter.

Another one completed at Caves Beach!
This exisiting roof was well due for a renew.
Replaced corrugated profile sheeting with kliplok 700 profile, colorbond colour Shale Grey, to accommodate for the very low pitch of the roof.
All ready for the tile roof to be restored by Lake Mac Roof Restoration.
