Terrazza Residence | Dover Heights

Conceived with intention and shaped by its remarkable Dover Heights setting, Terrazza is a residence that responds effortlessly to the drama and beauty of Sydney Harbour. Every element has been thoughtfully considered, from the timeless architectural form to the refined interior experience, creating a home deeply connected to its landscape and context.

Designed in 2024 and currently progressing toward completion in 2026.

Completion anticipated late 2026.

ARDEE Residence ,North Bondi.

A luxury occupancy designed with a focus on timeless interiors, thoughtful materiality, and effortless living.
