National Conference Awards 2026
Super proud moment for me as the Franchisor of our Central Coast and Newcastle team.

To have three of our regions franchisees take out National Franchisee Awards for Jim’s Pool Care Australia at this year’s conference was something pretty special.

I’m extremely proud of these three, but also of every franchisee across our region.

They all work hard, go above and beyond for their customers and have built some excellent businesses through great service and a genuine commitment to what they do.

But probably one of the things I’m most proud of is the culture that has developed within our team.

They help each other out, share advice and ideas, answer the phone when someone needs a hand and genuinely look out for one another. Over the years it has developed into a bit of an extended family, and as a Franchisor that means a lot to me.

National awards are becoming harder and harder to achieve as Jim’s Pool Care continues to grow across Australia and the quality of franchisees across the country continues to get stronger.

Congratulations to all the nominees and runners-up as well. I had the opportunity to hear many of their stories and there are some fantastic businesses and people within our division.

But I’ll admit it… I did shed a tear at this year’s conference. Just sheer pride in seeing members of my team recognised nationally for what they’ve achieved.

Couldn’t be prouder of you guys. Well deserved. 👏

One of the things I enjoy most about being a Regional Franchisor is bringing everyone together.

On Monday we held another franchisee meeting, with franchisees from across the region getting together to chat about the upcoming pool season, share ideas, discuss what we're seeing in the field and learn from each other's experiences.

A big thank you to the team from Maytronics Australia for joining us and presenting their latest range of robotic pool cleaners, along with introducing their newest product, the Dolphin Skimmi. It's always great to hear directly from our supplier partners and stay up to date with what's happening in the industry.

Of course, the meeting doesn't end when the presentation finishes. We all stayed back for dinner, giving everyone the chance to catch up, strengthen relationships and enjoy some good conversation.

These get-togethers are a great reminder that while we all run our own businesses, we're also part of a supportive network that genuinely enjoys helping each other succeed.
