Killarney Heights had the full brief and we delivered on every line of it.

Fully tiled pool and spa with a glass wet edge, inverter heat pump, gas spa heater, and in-floor cleaning. The kind of setup that runs efficiently, heats fast, and stays clean with minimal intervention.

Limestone coping and alfresco tiling carry the material language from the water's edge through to the entertaining area. The outdoor kitchen makes the alfresco genuinely functional rather than decorative.

Timber decking adds warmth where it counts, and stone cladding to the water feature wall gives the space a focal point that earns its place.

A fire pit extends the season well into the cooler months. Soft landscaping pulls the whole site together.
