DEMOLITION OF A GRANNY FLAT
Even though the heat was against us last week we still managed to remove this granny flat on time and with minimal fuss. The land is now cleared for the new granny flat to take it's place.

KNOCK DOWN REBUILD-
Before an asbestos house can be knocked down the asbestos must be careful removed in accordance with safety regulations. Once the asbestos is removed it will be taken to a certified tip and the demolition can take place.

ASBESTOS SHED REMOVAL
This week we completed a job for a customer removing broken asbestos sheeting with potential exposure.
First step was to safely remove and dispose of the asbestos at an EPA certified tip, we then took down the frame and lastly removed the concrete.
Another happy customer with positive feedback.
