Catching up with Mark Keeling about some lessons he has learnt through paddling which are relatable to life as well. Consistency is key. Always turn up, especially on the days you really don’t want to, and over time you will see the fruits of your labour. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and rarely in life can we see progress and improvement immediately.
