A construction company working throughout Metro NSW. Sudiro Constructions was established in 1980 and has been working primarily in residential construction.

Focus is placed on structurally sound construction and a need for a high quality finished product. To do this we select the right materials together with the best tradespeople and professionals to get the job done. With our technical background in building we offer genuine advice and guidance based on many years of service. Our experience will simplify the process and assist in helping our clients

build their home. Over the past decade we have specialised in the construction of prestige residential with many projects coming from new building construction, however alterations and additions have also been the right option for clients. Projects such as Clontarf, Five Dock, Seaforth and Rose Bay are examples of these prestige projects we have completed over the years. In recent years we have taken on maintenance contracts to expand the business into a new area of construction. The maintenance contracts cover many different trades working throughout Metro NSW. Sub-contractors form a major part of how we work and selection of sub-contractors is obviously important to the services that we provide. Long-term use of sub-contractors proves that a good working relationship flows onto the projects we have. Therefore, project efficiency and quality comes from both the management of projects and the tradespeople and professionals we contract to projects.

Our final touches at the Joan Sutherland Theatre included installing glow-in-the-dark safety markings using Permacrylic Glow Green to clearly guide patrons to exits during low light and emergency situations.

As part of a childcare centre expansion, we recently completed the installation of Acoustimax sound-proof fencing — delivering clean lines, a solid acoustic solution, and a tidy finish from start to completion.

The team didn’t slow down these school holidays 👊
We stripped this tennis deck right back and completed a full timber frame replacement, rebuilding it from the ground up to deliver strength, stability and long-term performance.

Finished with premium Millboard decking, this upgrade isn’t just about looks — it’s built to handle serious use while staying low-maintenance and high impact.

Another great project wrapped up at Joan Sutherland Theatre, Penrith 🎭

We completed flooring upgrade works, including removal of existing flooring and installation of specialised flooring using Weathertex Brown Board panels, finished off with Blitz Total Black paint.

Looking forward to collaborating with the team again.
