Blocked sewer 🚨

We attended this property in Oatley due to an overflowing shaft. The owner had got a plumber in before us who told them it would have to be dug up at their expense!

Due to our expertise and our investigative skills we determined that it was a Sydney water issue and not the homeowners issue.

Sydney water were contacted and came out and cleared the main which was full of tree rots. They also confirmed our findings of a broken junction for the house line.

Sydney water will now fix this broken pipe for free and we’ll also claim our bill through Sydney water leaving the homeowner not out of a pocket a single dollar 💵 ✅

Brand new sump pump !

This client contacted us as their original pump and pit setup was not originally installed correctly and was not working anymore.

We installed a brand new 450mm pit which was concreted in and a sump pump with approximately 18m of pump out line which connected into the rainwater tank overflow.

Special shoutout to who came to help us out electrical wise last minute.

New instantaneous water heater 🔥 💦

We attended this property due to the old instantaneous hot water heater being faulty. Due to it being out of warranty period we recommended installing a new unit.

We attended site at 5pm and by 6pm the tenant had functioning hot water again.

We also repositioned the new heater so it has sufficient clearance from the windows

Burst pipe 🚨

We received a phone call from a Motor inn for a burst pipe and within 30 minutes we were on site ready to fix the issue.

After a bit of tree chopping we were able to access the pipe and redivert it away from the existing tree roots which had grown through the pipe causing the leak.

Water was restored to 25 Motel rooms and site was cleaned up like we were never there

NON COMPLIANT GAS REGULATOR FIXED ❗️

This client from Menai reached out as the hot water in their property was fluctuating from really hot to really cold.

After some investigation we discovered the lpg gas pressure at the bottles was far too low and was installed upside down which had filled up with water! (Slide 4)

We returned the next day to replace the regulator and to make it compliant. Hot water is now working perfectly 👌
