NR Engineering Consultants recently completed a Geotechnical Assessment at Upper Horseshoe Creek following damage caused by intense rainfall and excessive stormwater flows across the surrounding slopes.

The assessment investigated ground subsidence and several tension cracks that had developed around the property. NR Engineering Consultants recently completed a Geotechnical Assessment and Slope Stability Assessment at Gymea Bay.

The assessment followed the collapse of a retaining wall, which caused the retained colluvial soils to slide over a very steep rock slope. Our team evaluated the site conditions and provided recommendations for the safe removal of the remaining colluvium, while helping to protect the stability of the elevated swimming pool and other structures located above the slope.
