NR Engineering Consultants carried out a geotechnical investigation in Mascot to support the design of foundations and a stormwater absorption system for a proposed residential development.

The project involves demolishing the existing site structures and constructing a two-storey dual occupancy dwelling.

Understanding the ground conditions provides valuable information for foundation design and assessing the suitability of the site for stormwater absorption.

NR Engineering Consultants carried out a geotechnical investigation for a proposed extension to an existing warehouse at Fairfield East.

The proposed extension is located within the northeastern part of the lot, east of the existing warehouse building. Our investigation assessed the subsurface conditions to provide geotechnical advice and recommendations to assist in the design of foundations for the proposed development.

NR Engineering Consultants carried out a geotechnical inspection for a proposed development comprising three double-storey residential units at Ettalong Beach.

The inspection assessed the exposed material at the prepared subgrade level after the engineered fill reached the design levels, to advise on its suitability for the proposed construction.

Careful assessment of ground conditions helps support sound foundations and long-term building performance.

NR Engineering Consultants carried out a geotechnical investigation and stability assessment to support the design of a safe permanent batter along the northern boundary of a property in Richmond.

The assessment provided advice and recommendations for proposed earthworks to stabilise the flood-damaged bank at the rear of the site, supporting its long-term stability.

NR Engineering Consultants carried out a geotechnical investigation for the proposed replacement of the existing scoreboard with a new LED scoreboard at the western boundary of the oval at Barker College, Hornsby.

Our investigation provided geotechnical advice and recommendations to assist in the design of the scoreboard foundations, with minor excavation required for the proposed footings.
