Work is well underway on this outdoor alfresco dining space, with the project taking shape just in time for summer.

The roof is on! Big thanks to JCL Trades Pty Ltd for smashing it out.

We're now moving on to the external cladding for the second storey and internal rough in.

Sometimes the best savings come from rethinking the sequence, not cutting corners.

When we discovered the original cypress pine floor and bearers had bowed, the floor had to come up so we could straighten the structure and install new Yellowtongue flooring.

Instead of seeing it as an extra cost, we used the opportunity to bring the plumber and electrician in before the new floor went down. Running all the underfloor services from above instead of crawling through a tight subfloor saved significant labour and helped offset the additional flooring costs.

Projects like this are what we do best. Tony's years of experience in defect rectification have given him an eye for the details others might miss. With a great team of engineers and consultants alongside us, we get to the bottom of the problem and find the right solution.
