🚨SCAMMER ALERT‼️
We have had a wave of incoming calls and messages from people outside of Australia, requesting payments before they can delete bad reviews on our Google Business Page.
For those who aren't aware of how it works, we ourselves are not able to remove these bad reviews, especially from scammers who pretend to be our customers and writing bad reviews. They then call and text requesting payment to remove those bad reviews, a few of those messages are shown on the photos below.
Google can remove these reviews, however, just like other social media, we'll need a good number of people reporting those scammer accounts before google can remove their bad reviews. Therefore, we are now reaching out to the public to ask for your help in reporting these accounts.
