Administration Assistant - Part-Time Casual

18 Hours per week
Office Located in Alice River, Townsville

What you Require

*Knowledge of office administration
*Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
*Knowledge /or willingness to become familiar with Workplace, Health and Safety legislation
*Knowledge /or willingness to become familiar with Human Resources
*Positive and Professional attitude and phone manner
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new programs
*Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word
*Strong time management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple tasks at once
*Flexible team player and adaptable to meet rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
*Stress management skills
