CLIENT HANDOVER AND FINAL PROJECT REVIEW

At Tech Air Solutions & Electrical, every project concludes with a comprehensive on-site handover and final quality review.

Brock Matthews, Company Director, personally attends the site with the client to inspect the completed work, confirm that all project requirements have been met and ensure the installation meets Tech Air’s workmanship and quality standards.

The final handover includes:

* A complete electrical inspection and sign-off
* Air-conditioning testing, commissioning and sign-off
* Confirmation that all systems are operating correctly
* A walkthrough of system operation and controls
* Review of completed work with the client
* Warranty, servicing and maintenance information
* Completion of the relevant handover documentation
* Opportunity for the client to raise any questions or concerns

Both the client and Tech Air representative sign the applicable electrical and air-conditioning handover forms to confirm that the installation has been inspected, demonstrated and successfully completed.

This process ensures every project is delivered safely, professionally and to the high standard expected from Tech Air Solutions & Electrical.

Tech Air Solutions & Electrical is looking for an experienced Administration Professional to join our growing team at our Tuggerah office.

Full-time or part-time options available.

This is not a trainee or entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with proven administration experience who can step into the role confidently and become an important part of our office team.

You’ll work closely with our current Admin team, Senior Estimator and Operations Manager to help keep our busy electrical and air conditioning business organised and running efficiently.

Your role will include:
• Managing incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
• Scheduling and coordinating jobs
• Preparing, sending and following up quotes
• Invoicing and accounts administration
• Following up outstanding paperwork and customer responses
• Updating and managing jobs within ServiceM8
• Liaising with technicians, supervisors and management
• General office administration and day-to-day organisation

We’re looking for someone with:
✅ Previous administration experience
✅ Excellent organisation and time-management skills
✅ Strong phone and customer service skills
✅ Confidence working independently and taking ownership of tasks
✅ Strong computer and systems knowledge
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
