This is a job we completed several years ago.
Our client wanted stepping pavers with gravel around them but didn't want the gravel going everywhere. Our solution was to form and pour 2 coloured exposed aggregate concrete mixes to give a similar look to gravel without the mess.

Another great little job done in less than a day.
My client had river pebbles in her driveway which were very awkward to walk on.
I removed the river pebbles and brought in some 20mm gravel, spread, levelled and compacted it.
