Equestrian Land Developments Pty Ltd Welcome to Equestrian Land Developments (ELD), established by Todd Cunningham. ELD specialises in Arena Construction, Rebuild and Restoration.

Alongside these services we also offer Arena Maintenance Solutions including the ELD Arena Spread-a-bar. Equestrian Land Developments Pty Ltd (ELD) was founded for the sole purpose of bringing affordable earthworks to the working horse person. At ELD we provide a professional approach to all earthworks and design for equestrian needs. We pride ourselves on giving quality and personal service, valu

e for money and sound advice to all clients. Todd Cunningham, the founder of ELD has spent most of his life around horses. Todd's father was a Master Farrier, and he grew up on a horse property with spelling stables accommodating up to 120 horses at any one time. On leaving the farm, Todd pursued a career in earthmoving. Today, with over 30 years of earthmoving experience and over 1000 Arena Constructions since establishing ELD, Todd has supervised a wide spectrum of construction projects both in Australia and overseas. These include some of the largest and most complex earthworks projects on the East Coast of Australia.

After a big few months, we’re excited to share that we have now successfully completed our relocation to the beautiful Sunshine Coast region. While our base has changed, we are still proudly servicing clients right across Queensland.
Ongoing wet weather delays the past couple of years saw our project schedule experiencing some longer than usual lead times.
More recently, we took a step back from social media while focusing on our relocation and delivering for our clients.
The good news is we have now caught up on a large number of our constructions and are back in full swing.
Current lead times for full Arena Constructions are sitting at approximately 3-4 months (weather permitting).
