We were awarded the contract by the Strata Committee to undertake a major upgrade to the buildings common hot water plant.
The scope of works included replacing 10 x Rinnai HD28 commercial units
Supplying and installation 2 x grundfos primary circulating pumps
Supplying and installing 356mm/400mm twin skin stainless steel common header flue system, condensation tee and a custom made off-set to align with the existing flue
We re designed the flue system as the existing system was poorly designed with in correct flue falls and no condensation tee causing the flue to rust out.

Installed 62 meters of 40mm gas and water service re run for this building in Killara for one of our strata clients using PE pressure pipe.

50mm water meter repaired for one of our strata buildings in Turramurra that had recently been damaged.
Carried out the repair using b-press fittings to minimise water disruption to the building, as well installed a by-pass valve in the basement for future works. And yeah the branch form for the hose tap was secured to the uni strut 😎

Recently completed external drainage works in Epping by the team at RFP. The scope of works included new drainage from the dwelling to the authority’s main, charged stormwater drainage connected to the rainwater tank and kerb, and installation of surface drainage points discharging to the absorption trench. All completed in accordance with the hydraulic engineer’s design.

One of our larger strata buildings recently lost hot water due to error code 10 and 11 on the Rinnai HD28 units. Our team was on site within an hour and restored the buildings hot water supply by carrying out a major service and replacing the required components. Our servicevehicles are fully stocked with parts for commercial hot water units and associated pumps, allowing us to service and repair systems promptly and minimise downtime for our strata clients and committees.

Recently replaced a damaged and leaking water meter and rpz supplying one of our 100+ strata building. The strata committee approved a full day water shut down, allowing us to eel the new 50mm meter/rpz assembly rather then rely on rubber o ring fittings. This approach provides a more durable, long term solution. We also took the opportunity to get our first year apprentice welding several fittings - not something you see often these days with oxy-acetylene.

‼️📢 Attention Property Managers and Landlords – Important Changes to Water Efficiency Rules for NSW Rentals 💧

From 23 March 2025, NSW Fair Trading introduced new mandatory water efficiency standards for rental properties. These changes apply if you intend to charge tenants for water usage.

Key requirements include:
• All toilets must be dual flush with a minimum 3-star WELS rating.
• Taps and showerheads must have a maximum flow rate of 9L per minute.
• No leaking taps or toilets at the start of the tenancy.

These rules apply to both existing and new tenancy agreements.
