They will be joining a relaxed, self-motivated team- therefore the applicants must be personally motivated and have an interest to learn and better themselves.
The ideal candidates will need:
• A current manual drivers licence
• A white card in construction
• A reliable form of transport to the Pioneer Valley
• Physically fit and motivated
Beneficial but not necessary:
• A trade background
• Own tools
• Experience in construction
