WE'RE HIRING
- 1st Year Carpentry Apprentice
- 2nd/3rd year Carpentry Apprentice

JDS Constructions is currently seeking a motivated 1st and 2nd/3rd Year Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team, working across Gippsland region.

Position: Full-Time / Permanent
JDS Constructions is a family-owned carpentry business based in Warragul. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated apprentice who is eager to learn and develop their skills in the trade.

We specialise in all aspects of carpentry, including:
▪︎Renovations and new home builds
▪︎Framing, internal/external lock-up, fix and fit-off
▪︎Cladding
▪︎Decks and pergolas
▪︎Small commercial projects

Work is typically Monday to Friday.
Current project locations include:
Gippsland and South eastern regions.

We understand that many 1st year apprentices may not yet have a driver’s licence. Transport is an option, provided you are able to meet at a designated pick-up point or our Warragul base.

Role Requirements:
▪︎Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
▪︎Ability to work effectively in a team environment
▪︎Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
▪︎Well-organised with good time management skills
▪︎Willingness to learn and take direction
▪︎Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure
▪︎Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe worksite

Note: Own vehicle, licence, and tools are not essential.

Another update on the Roseleigh Homes frame we have been working on.

Trusses are up, and everything is coming together nicely.

We have really enjoyed working with Craig and the team at Roseleigh Homes and look forward to continuing our work together.
