A lot of the jobs our company sources are worked along side Elite Building & Environmental Services. After this company removes all the hazardous materials from the jobs, we reinstate the panels. In this job, we have reinstated eves and grates throughout the school building and completed off the job with a painted finish.

In this job we have excavated, boxed out and poured a 90 sq metre concrete driveway. Using a charcoal colour concrete to create an appealing stipple finish. This job has been left to settle and will be completed within the next few days. Final photos will be published when Job is completed.

In this job, this is a different style of fence paling which was 21 metre’s long and was created from scratch. This type of fencing also entailed fence capping which gives the fence a nicer finish.

NJM Quality Constructions have been busy completing a wide range of carpentry jobs around the Metro, Gippsland and Regional areas.
In this job, we reinstated a worn out fence for a client. Using the same type of fence paling , we used all new materials to create a sturdy, stable fence due to being situated in a high wind area.

In this project we have created a firepit in a backyard environment.

In this job we constructed an outdoor area pergola using brackets (made by Odriott Constructions) that were made and attached to brickwork as the main support of the structure. Pergola was made using treated pine beams in a pitched roof construction with laser light and colour bond roofing installed for under cover finishing.

This job was to created a raised garden bed by constructing a retaining wall along the fence line.

This job required the removal of two wind out windows and replaced with two vintage double sash windows. Sash windows were pulled apart, restrung and weighted and sanded back to original operating motions before installation. Framing underneath the window and re-running the weather boards to suit the change of the window sizes as well as the pine lining boards within the house.

This job required a new doorway to be installed to make a storage room within the area using new timber stud work bolted to the bricks and finished off with being plastered and painted.
