Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Weipa, QLD.
We're looking for someone who brings:
✅ Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
✅ Proven experience in the mechanical, fabrication or maintenance industry
✅ Strong project coordination and mechanical knowledge
✅ Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and your team
✅ A solid understanding of safety systems, quality assurance and project documentation
✅ The ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work to schedule
✅ A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and leading by example
✅ A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to leadership
