They don’t call us the Professional S**t Surgeons for nothing, especially when you get covered in it. 😜
For several of years this client has been best friends with a plunger, wondering why their toilet has been blocking up so many times.
Multiple plumbers came out and tried their “ best “ at solving the issue. Last week, the drain blocked so much that the water back tracked up the drain and was leaking sewerage water through the outside of the pan collar and into the ceiling space.
When we investigated further, we noticed that the previous plumbers that installed the stack work had run the sewer falling backwards and used fittings that do not apply with AS-3500 regulation for the correct sweep.
The toilet had to travel through four bends before entering the main run. Nothing was also clipped in a result of the pipes not falling the correct way for discharge.
Before cutting the plaster we set up appropriate safety measures to ensure no damage was done to property and left the clean up to be little to none once finished. We cut the whole bathroom out and started again.
We ran a main line and a few branches to pick up the fixtures in the upstairs bathroom. We added in an inspection opening incase any issues down the line. Clipped the whole run and tested all fixtures.
They can now use their bathroom with no worries what so ever.
No job to big, or to small. 💩💩💩
