Our Construction Team have been awarded the Electrical, Communications & Security delivery of the last of one of six heritage-listed buildings and surrounding Public Realm at Lot 14.

The 1920’s Bice Building will get a contemporary fit-out to complement heritage attributes, creating 2,000sqm of modern adaptive workspace for tenants, including defence and space, hi-tech and creative industries.

The work will include a courtyard canopy connecting the Bice and McEwin Buildings situated on North Terrace.

Have a look at these amazing aerial images we captured earlier in the week. NSG BOFFA just completed the new build at the Adelaide Mushrooms Grow Facility in Monarto for the Costa Group. Production at the site has now doubled, from 120 to 240 tonnes per week, with product being exported all around the country.

Our team are now well into the early works delivery of the new $50 million Women's and Children's Hospital Upgrade Project. The upgrade includes redevelopment of the existing Surgical Services Administration, recreational areas and Operating Theatres refurbishment.

The upgrade comes part of the State Government's Sustainment Project and we are delivering all Electrical, Security, Communications and Nurse Call Systems.

The client has recognised his hard work by rewarding Joe with a Safety Award for continuing to provide and lead the way with site access lighting and temporary power supply. The client has recognised Joe as proactively ensuring a safe work environment always.

Check out our works at the new $100 million Adelaide Botanic High School which has opened in time for Term 1 2019, providing 1,250 students from inner-city suburbs with access to high quality secondary learning.

We are proud to have worked with the customer (both Lend Lease Building and DPTI) from concept design right through to project delivery.

Our Project Team was responsible for the delivery of general power and lighting systems, new Switchboards and associated infrastructure, Security/CCTV and Access Control, Power Generation backup and automated Lighting Control systems.

We installed and sourced over 3,000 meters of LED Strip Lighting across the site!

Adelaide Botanic High School is the first vertical school in South Australia. The design features the completely refurbished Reid Building which has six learning levels plus a basement and open-planned plaza space at ground level. This building is linked by a glass atrium to a brand new seven-storey building also with a basement and rooftop terrace complete with state of the art learning facilities.

Congratulations to our team on the successful delivery of a brand new dining and entertainment precinct at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, all complete with nine new restaurants and a 12-screen cinema complex.

Our Construction team had to work concurrently and hand over two seperate projects for both Built and Scentre Group Australia. Both projects were handed over to the client within time, budget and safely.

The lighting is a key feature to this project, all managed by a central Lighting Control program. Our scope of works included general power and lighting supply to landlord managed areas and subsequent Tenant works, including CCTV,
Security and Access Control.
