A Heartbreaking Goodbye ❤️
To our valued customers and friends, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of RRA Rafin Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. As those near and dear to myself and Jamie, the decision to close the company comes following the sudden passing of my husband Jamie Rafin last month.
This decision was not made lightly, and after so many wonderful years it is heartbreaking to close out a company Jamie worked so hard to build and maintain a strong reputation for. As anyone close to Jamie would know, it is a company he dedicated his adult life to and which he would not feel comfortable being carried on by anyone other than himself. Jamie prided himself on the strong, positive reputation he had built for RRA and as such I want to close out the company on a high, with everyone remembering his passion and dedication for the industry.
On behalf of Jamie, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to every single client, tradesmen, supplier and coworker who supported RRA. I will forever be thankful for the support Jamie received, and I will forever be proud of the hard work and dedication he showed to his company.
I would like to especially thank Jamie’s friends, family and coworkers who have supported not only RRA but myself during an incredibly difficult time.
A huge shoutout to Jamie’s family and close friends who picked up the pieces to coordinate Jamie’s work whilst he was in hospital, as well as continuing to do so now to support us both - I am incredibly grateful.
Finally, a special mention to Greg Chuck Henniker & who ensured Jamie’s work was completed when he was unable to do so - I am forever thankful to you both, and I know Jamie would be so proud of yourselves as his friends and coworkers. Thank you.
