Excavator/combo operator.
MURRAY VALLEY SAND & CIVIL is a family owned and operated civil construction company based at Yielima, working largely in the local rural agricultural sector.
Due to business growth, we currently have a position available for an experienced plant and equipment operator to join our team.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* The completion of required works in a timely and professional manner while maintaining the companies quality control standards.
* Liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ability to complete required paperwork.
* Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
* Ability to perform daily maintenance as required including greasing, daily checks and housekeeping of plant.
The successful applicant must have:
* Drivers license, HC license would be highly regarded.
* Proven experience in excavator operation, 5 to 20 tonne range machines.
* Experience operating Posi track would be highly regarded.
* Plant operation tickets/licenses/competencies would be desirable.
* Construction induction, white card.
* A good work ethic, reliable with an attention to detail.
* A pre-employment medical check.
