ALCON - BELOW ARE THE JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE TECHNICAL POSITIONS WE HAVE IN IRAQ. IF YOU QUALIFY PLEASE APPLY. THIS IS LONG TERM WORK. THOSE QUALIFIED AND INTERESTED WILL BE DIRECTLY HIRED BY OUR COMPANY TO SUPPORT OPERATIONS IN IRAQ. THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT POSITIONS LISTED BELOW.
SERVICEMAN/MAINTENANCE JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Maintenance and clean all mechanical and electrical parts in machine room including terminal, controller, selector, coils, contactor, motor, breaks, sheaves, governor and bearings.
2. Cleaning and maintaining hatchway including hoist way, governor rope, compensating rope, door locks, air cord chain, door gibs, sight guards, pit sheave, door motor hangers.
3. Checking and cleaning of car/counter weight shoe, detector/light ray, indicators, buttons, lighting/fan, door panel, door motor cam guide shoes, sheaves, safety blocks, safety linkages, tumbles, spring or hydraulic or rubber buffers.
4. Check and cleaning of door panels, indicator lanterns, hall buttons all included in opening of elevator.
5. Answering call backs of units that is being received by the dispatchers from different places. Then, troubleshooting at the jobsite that has been called up.
COMMISSIONER JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Installing all operating switches, switch cams, hall buttons, car and hall position indicators, car operating panels, hall lanterns and indicators.
2. Installing service light, car light, light on crosshead and safety planks, fan, bell on crosshead and pit.
3. Installing all trancking and wiring in machine room, hoist way and car.
4. Checking proper and correct wiring from controller, hoist way, car junction box, car operating panes.
5. Starting, includes inspection with slow speed used for adjusting of all doors, car door, interlock levelling vane.
6. Starting normal speed test including adjustment of acceleration and deceleration, slow down, levelling floors by floors, adjustment for over speed safety device. Handling of test weight for overload and rated load capacity of the unit designed.
7. Correct and efficient reading of ampere by using clamp meters of voltage if it excess in the designated voltage to protect electronic components from burning out.
ERECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Installs cables, counterweights, pumps, motor foundations, escalator drives, guide rails, elevator cars, and control panels, using hand tools.
2. Cuts prefabricated sections of framework, rails, and other elevator components to specified dimensions, using acetylene torch, power saw, and disk grinder.
3. Secures anchor bolts or welds brackets to support rails and framework, and verifies alignment with plumb bob and level.
4. - Drills holes in concrete or structural steel members with portable electric drill.
