A few glimpses from one of our ongoing residential projects under construction in Khulna.

This is a compact two-storied home that holds a very special place for us — carefully crafted with deep attention to detail, proportion, light, material, and everyday living experience. Designed for a multi-generational family, the ground floor has been dedicated to the client’s parents, while the upper floor accommodates the owner and his family, creating a quiet balance between togetherness and privacy.

Though modest in scale, the project reflects our belief that meaningful architecture does not depend on size, but on care, sensitivity, and thoughtful spatial design.

Monowara Residence is a mixed-use residential project designed for a college teacher in Bancharampur upzilla, Brahmanbaria. The building has been carefully planned to accommodate multiple functions within a single structure.

The ground floor includes a classroom space, a compact dwelling unit, and a parking facility. The first floor is designed as a full-floor single residential unit for the owner’s family, ensuring privacy and spacious living. From the second floor onward, each level contains two separate rental apartments, creating an additional source of income through rental opportunities.

The architectural design balances functionality, privacy, and long-term flexibility while maintaining efficient circulation and natural ventilation throughout the building. The project has already received approval from the Bancharampur Pouroshova, and construction is expected to begin soon.

ACADEMIC BUILDING FOR
BIAM LABORATORY SCHOOL, SUNAMGANJ

Location: Kazir Point, Sunamganj

Status: Proposed

The construction of BIAM Laboratory School initially began following a standard structural layout collected from the Education Engineering Department. At a later stage of the project, architectural intervention was introduced with the intention of transforming the school into a more inspiring and engaging learning environment.
The redesign focused primarily on the building’s elevation and spatial character. A playful staircase element was incorporated in response to the site context, creating a more dynamic architectural identity for the institution. Exposed brick screens have been introduced as railing elements, adding texture, depth, and climatic responsiveness to the façade.
Large windows extending up to the beam level were designed to maximize natural daylight and cross ventilation, ensuring a brighter and more comfortable learning atmosphere for students. Remarkably, the redesign process began after the casting of one roof slab, making the transformation both technically challenging and architecturally significant.

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture from any university. Recent graduate with a maximum of 1 year of professional experience, with a clear understanding of architectural workflow and design details.

Required Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office

Job Type: In-person, Full-time
Location: Siddheswari Road, Dhaka
Working Days: 5-6 Days/Week
Salary Range: BDT 20,000–25,000, based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Design development, plan solving, and CAD drafting from conceptual layouts
• Interior design and space planning
• SketchUp 3D modeling
• Documentation and Estimation
• Graphic design as required for project presentations
• Basic visualization
• Working drawings and sheet/booklet preparation as required
• Occasional site visits
