Concrete Cover Block (কভার ব্লক) হলো RCC কাঠামোর একটি ছোট কিন্তু অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উপাদান, যা রড (Rebar) ও ফর্মওয়ার্কের মাঝে নির্দিষ্ট দূরত্ব বজায় রাখে। এর মূল কাজ হলো সঠিক clear cover নিশ্চিত করা, যাতে কংক্রিট রডকে সম্পূর্ণভাবে ঢেকে সুরক্ষা দিতে পারে। প্রয়োজনীয়তা ও গুরুত্ব (Importance & Necessity)

1. Corrosion Protection (জং প্রতিরোধ)
Cover block নিশ্চিত করে যে রডের চারপাশে যথেষ্ট কংক্রিট থাকে, যা পানি ও আর্দ্রতা থেকে রডকে রক্ষা করে এবং corrosion এর ঝুকি থেকে রক্ষা করে।
