We are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Marketing & Sales Representative to drive business growth across Bangladesh's textile and garment processing sectors.
📍 Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
👨‍💼 Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities within textile dyeing, finishing, garment washing, and processing mills.
• Build strong relationships with mill owners, production managers, dyeing masters, and technical teams.
• Promote and support a portfolio of textile auxiliaries, pretreatment chemicals, fixing agents, enzyme solutions, and sustainable finishing products.
• Coordinate product trials, technical evaluations, and customer support activities.
• Achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management, negotiation, and value-based selling.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales of textile auxiliaries, dyes, finishing chemicals, or specialty textile chemicals.
• Strong understanding of textile wet processing, including desiring, scouring, bleaching, dyeing, washing, softening, and finishing.
• Existing network within textile mills, dyeing units, garment washing facilities, or processing factories will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across industrial zones including Gazipur, Narayanganj, Savar, and Chattogram.
