Tellura (tellus, la terre) est une bibliothèque conçue comme un empilement de savoirs et de matières.
Ses colonnes façonnées à la main évoquent une architecture primitive, entre apparition et érosion.

TELLURA LIBRARY

Time does not erase it transforms.
It carves, softens, weakens, and reveals.

Tellura (from the Latin tellus, meaning earth) is a library conceived as a stratification of knowledge and craft.
Its hand-shaped clay columns evoke a primitive architecture, both emerging and slowly eroding.

Commissioned for private clients in Paris.

“La Butte Fleurie” presented .bxl for .brussels parcours is now looking for a new host !

The set-up is a 3-piece modular system.
Handcrafted
Made of wood, reeds, h**p and lime .
It reveals a raw, vegetal aesthetic.
The polished top surface exposes a shell terrazzo finish.
