A complete studio transformation by RENOBIM. 🏠✨

We removed the old tiles and existing screed, renewed the necessary plumbing, installed underfloor heating and poured a new screed. We then finished the space with elegant parquet flooring, new skirting boards and clean, freshly painted walls and ceilings.

Complete bathroom renovation from A to Z:

1. Protection of access routes and adjacent areas before starting the work.
2. Complete demolition and removal of the old bathroom, including sanitary fixtures, wall and floor coverings, plumbing and electrical components.
3. Removal and disposal of all demolition waste.
4. Adjustment and renewal of the hot- and cold-water pipes and drainage connections.
5. Installation of new electrical cabling for recessed ceiling spotlights, mirror lighting, sockets and other bathroom equipment.
6. Preparation and levelling of the subfloor.
7. Complete waterproofing of the shower floor and surrounding walls.
8. Installation of a large, low-profile white shower tray with integrated drainage.
9. Installation of large-format, natural-stone-effect floor tiles throughout the bathroom.
10. Installation of matching wall tiles inside the shower area, extending to the ceiling.
11. Installation of a custom glass shower enclosure with hinged door and frosted privacy band.
12. Installation of a chrome rain shower system with overhead shower, handheld shower and mixer controls.
13. Construction of a custom wall niche/recess next to the shower for practical storage.
14. Installation of a floating wood-effect vanity unit with a white washbasin.

This is the second bathroom we have renovated in the same apartment.
