From unsafe and awkward to modern, clean, and built to last. 🏡🔨

This homeowner is in the process of giving their home a facelift and wanted the new front deck to match the vision.

The original deck was far from safe — posts sitting on wood blocks and joists so badly deteriorated they were crumbling at the touch. Definitely time for a change.

We removed the old structure, poured proper footings, and built a solid, safe, and well-constructed new deck that brings a clean, modern look to the front of the home.

Everything was built to code and inspected by the Town of Innisfil, passing with flying colours. ✅

The exterior is still a work in progress, but the new deck is already making a huge difference.

Sliding Closet Door Repair & Reinstallation

This customer had purchased a sliding closet door kit and started the installation themselves, but was having issues with the doors sitting tightly against the jambs. After inspecting the installation, it was found the jambs were out of level and the header had a significant sag in the middle.

We were able to carefully remove and reuse the existing trims, although quite a bit of cutting, adjusting, and fine tuning was required to correct everything properly. The jambs and header were adjusted accordingly, allowing the doors to close and operate perfectly.

The finished result looks completely original — you would never know any repairs or modifications had been made, aside from everything now fitting the way it should.
