Looking back on the last seven years brings a lot of emotions—gratitude, pride, and appreciation for everyone who helped us get here.
This month, we’re celebrating 7 years of GoPro Plumbers, or as my daughter Scarlett likes to call it, Lucky Number 7 🍀
Every year is a new chapter.
Seven years ago, we took a leap of faith. With over 20 years of plumbing experience, one van, the support of our friends and loved ones, and a dream of building something of our own, we started GoPro Plumbers right here in Bedford.
What we didn’t know then was just how challenging, rewarding, and life-changing this journey would be.
There have been long days, sleepless nights, difficult decisions, lessons learned, and plenty of moments where we had to dig deep and keep pushing forward. But through every challenge came growth. Every mistake taught us something. Every customer, employee, and opportunity helped shape us into who we are today.
This company has always been about more than plumbing. It’s about people. It’s about trust. It’s about showing up, working hard, and treating every customer the way we’d want our own family to be treated.
While our focus has always been serving HRM and the surrounding communities, over the years we’ve found ourselves traveling from one end of this province to the other. From Cape Breton to Yarmouth, we’ve had the opportunity to work in communities across Nova Scotia thanks to the incredible word-of-mouth support, referrals, and trust our customers have placed in us.
There is no greater compliment than having someone recommend us to their friends, family, neighbours, or colleagues. Those recommendations have opened doors we never imagined and helped us grow far beyond what that one van and big dream looked like seven years ago.
To our customers, thank you for trusting us with your homes and businesses.
To our friends and family, thank you for supporting us through every high and low.
To everyone who has referred us to a neighbour, friend, coworker, or family member, thank you. Those referrals have helped build this company one relationship at a time, and we will never take that for granted.
To the amazing employees who have been part of our journey over the years, thank you for your hard work, commitment, and dedication. You’ve played an important role in helping us grow and serve our customers with pride.
Seven years later, we’re still learning, still growing, and still working every day to become the very best version of ourselves. We remain committed to providing the best customer service and experience possible, and we’re excited for what the future holds.

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, but even more excited about where we’re headed.
