It is so important that you ground yourself before you do anything social. Everytime you leave your home, actively put up your shield so that toxic energy doesnt effect you throughout the day.. You may even have family or friends that can drain your energy so with your shield make sure you have points of release. Manifest well my friends....

I always think outside the box to help people, whether with yummy treats like popcorn in a multitude of flavours, or building a digital marketing business that helps people make extra income or helping them balance their personal energies.
