This one bedroom basement apartment has been built from the ground up, resulting in new flooring, windows, and pot lights throughout. The walls have been freshly painted in a colour chosen by the customer, with one wall also showcasing wallpaper selected by the client. Additionally, the apartment features a built-in full bathroom, conveniently connecting to both the living room and bedroom.
