📍 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Brandon, MB

This is a 20-month minimum term position to start in January/February. Total Fix is looking for an organized and reliable Office Admin to join our team! You’ll help keep our trades office running smoothly by handling scheduling, invoicing, payroll, and other daily administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:
• Answer phones and schedule service calls
• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll
• Keep office records organized and up to date
• Support management and technicians with day-to-day admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in an office setting (HVAC/trades background an asset, not a requirement)
• Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payroll an asset
• Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
