So much character in live edge Padouk hardwood. Our customer fell in love with a rough slab of it, so we made a custom kitchen counter top to keep the love forever. You should have seen us smile when we gave it the first swipe of oil. The deep, rich colours and contrast it revealed was stunning.

Some pre-market touches go a long way for a good selling price.

Paint on inside window and door trim, drywall repairs and paint for previous repairs that were left not quite finished, but were good enough until they wanted to sell. Thanks to Cloverdale Paint for exceptional colour matching.

The space under the stairs. Not a bad spot to put the cat litter boxes. Nice little cubby in the back to put the extra flooring, tiles and paint. The gloss paint make walls more durable for cleaning. Silicone bead along the baseboard.

Current project. Restoration of benches.
Rub on cabernet stain on new wood slats, getting ready for varnish. Have to scrape about 6 layers of paint off iron legs down to bare metal. Rust treatment and a couple new layers of gloss black. Coming together nicely.
