At 804 sq.ft., this modern home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and impressive 10-foot ceilings that make the space feel bright and open.

This home is being prepared for one of our U.S. clients, and we're proud to see our homes heading beyond the border.

The versatility of the SEED Homes designs goes beyond traditional homes. The designs for a work camp can be a range of units from 340 sq ft with a kitchenette, bath and laundry in each to a 420 sq ft "Studio Apartment" with full kitchen, bath and laundry.

These units have a nice 20'x17' or 25'x17' footprint, can stand alone or as a attached complex.

A larger 588sq ft option is available with a one or two bedroom options, full kitchen, bath and laundry as well.

We have three manufacturing plants, Oregon, New Brunswick and Alberta with at least two more coming on line in 2026.
