These are unacceptable Main Service Panel wiring!
You don't need to do great things, you just need to do small things in a great way.

Plus, as Electricians, we cannot use bigger Aluminum wire just for cost-saving and temporary convenience. I almost got shocked today when a 100A aluminum wire loosened up.

Lastly, why would you put a 100A breaker for the sub-panel in a 100A Main Service Panel? Stupidity has no limit.
