Good evening everyone, what a remarkable day today was. Challenging, yet rewarding, it reminded us that every obstacle presents an opportunity. Probably not the best day for rooftop dryer vent line cleanings, but we persevered and made it through, discovering everything from completely obstructed roof rooftop exhaust caps to water-filled basement exhaust vent lines. If it’s been longer than a year since they were properly cleaned by a professional, or your dryer is taking longer than normal to dry your clothes, or if the clothes have a musty smell when they come out, might be a good time to call Steam Away. Good Evening Everybody!
I hope your long weekend is going good.
I decided it was time to update some of my aging equipment ha.
I tried to get into a truck mount to be able to broaden my list of services. However it’s not quite my time for that unfortunately.
So….
I now have the all new top of the line Esteam E1200 1000 psi hard surface portable extractor.
(Spare no expense) 💸💸💸😬😳

Good Evening Everyone!!!
Hope you are all enjoying this B E A UTiful day!
I’m busy doing a furnace & duct cleaning this am. Unfortunately for me I’m wearing my PPE for Asbestos that is present in today’s cleaning. Anyone that wears one of these masks on a day like today understands lol

For all of those of you that do not know what that is? ☠️😷 *EDIT* pay no attention to the RIP mouse carcass. That was brought to my attention in the photo, that I did not see until I made the post!  Deer mice also Carey a virus called the “Hantavirus” 🦠 Which can give you symptoms of fever, muscle aches (Thighs, Hips & Back), headaches as well as fatigue. 4-10 days later can also be more severe…

I call it “bad hockey tape!” Allow me to explain…Lol
I was doing a cleaning for a customer one day. I walked downstairs to see him tearing away at some of the same tape 🫣 aas well as batting it around 😬.
He said to me & I quote!
For some reason?
Somebody wrapped all of this up with nylon hockey tape?”
I was like no you fool!”
I immediately covered my face with my shirt ha!
I said that’s “asbestos tape!”
Never touch that like that again lol.
Just have to educate one client at a time😉
