The Women’s Swim Experiences are returning for another season🤎

The 2026/2027 dates are now live, with a few thoughtful shifts along the way, and one brand-new weekend experience I’m especially excited to share more about soon.

At the heart of these experiences remains what has always mattered: women coming together in the water to build confidence, connection and community.

And then there’s what the water itself gives us, space.

Space to quiet the noise, filter through what we’ve been carrying and perhaps step back onto land seeing things through a slightly different lens🪶

New for 2027 will be a Water Women Weekend, a full weekend experience in a special Alberta community outside of Canmore. There are still a few details being brought together behind the scenes, so more on this one soon🤎

🌊 SWIM IT FORWARD | 2027 APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!

We’re looking for our 2027 Dreamer.

Swim It Forward, an initiative of Sarah Freeman Coaching, supports one young woman, aged 18–30, who has faced or is facing adversity, loves swimming, and has a dream she’s ready to pursue.

That dream could be an open-water swim, education, a swimming-related business, or something we haven’t even imagined yet🪶

Through financial support, mentorship and community, we’re here to help one young woman move her dream forward.

Know someone who fits this? Please send this her way🩵🏊🏼‍♀️

And stay tuned for an update on our 2026 Dreamer, Christine | Ultra Marathon Swimmer , and her journey 🌊

What if this is the season for discernment?

Life has an ebb and flow, just like water🌊

And right now, I’m in the ebb.

I’m learning not to rush myself out of it.

There are seasons when the current pulls us forward, when we’re creating, growing and moving. And there are seasons when the water draws back and asks us to become still.

The ebb has something to teach us too.

To notice what is taking our energy and what is giving it back. What we’re being asked to hold onto, what we can release, and what might simply need more time.

Not finished.
Not forgotten.
Resting in the ebb🪶

There’s something about being with horses that reminds me of this, especially Lou Lou. Her presence. Her heartbeat🤎The way she invites me out of the noise and back into my own heart.

Maybe discernment isn’t always about knowing what comes next.

Maybe it’s being still enough to feel which way the current is pulling you, and trusting your heart enough to follow.

Because the ebb isn’t the absence of movement.

It’s part of the movement.

So right now, I’m leaning into the ebb and allowing the space it creates to simply be.

It doesn’t need to be filled.

And there’s something beautiful about wondering what might find its way into that space when the tide turns and I find myself in the flow again🌊

For now, I’m trusting the space between.

What if the space you’re in isn’t asking to be filled either?

The water has been my teacher for years... and it still is.

As a young girl, horses were one of the places where I felt most like myself. They’ve found their way back into my life, quietly reminding me to slow down, to notice, and to listen.

Not every space is meant for me.

Not every conversation asks me to stay.

Like the water, I’m learning to gently ebb and flow toward the people, places, and experiences that feel true to who I am.

Not from judgment.

Not from fear.

But from a place of trust.

One of the gifts of this season of life is learning to pause long enough to notice what feels true before taking the next step.

Not because I’ve stopped dreaming.

Not because I’ve stopped becoming.

My dreams are still fully there.

I’ve learned to meet them with more trust, more presence, and more grace than I once did.

The soft strength of a woman isn’t having all the answers.

It’s learning to trust herself. 🌊

A Water Woman knows that sometimes the greatest gift isn’t the full moon itself, it’s everything that unfolds while waiting for it to rise🌊

Last night’s Aquarius full moon gathered a few women at the water’s edge, where conversation flowed as naturally as the lake itself. Stories were shared. Laughter found its way in. Vulnerability quietly appeared. No agenda. No expectations. Just women, water, and the space to be.

Then, as the light softened and the moon started to glow, we stepped into the lake together. Held by still water, surrounded by mountains, we swam beneath the rising moon, a reminder that sometimes the most healing thing we can do is immerse ourselves in nature and trust what it has to offer🌱

Moon above. Moon reflected below. Mountains mirrored in stillness. It was hard to tell where one ended and the other began. Water has a way of slowing us down long enough to notice what we’ve been carrying… and, if we’re ready, what we’re ready to release.

Water Women know that when we gather by and in the water, we don’t just witness its beauty… we begin to remember our own🌊🌕
