Hello everyone,

I updated my contact information to the Collingridge construction page.

WE HAVE EXPANDED OUR HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS TO THE SASKATOON AREA.

SNOW, DIRT WORK AND EXCAVATION OF ANY KIND, DEMOLITION, WATER AND SEWER ETC.

Quick small shop floor. Has 1% drain sloped to the drain pit which was poured monolithically with the floor. Drain pit has sump wiring and discharge installed in the gravel below the floor that goes out of the wall.

Video inside the 9800 square foot farm shop we built. It's 20 ft tall. We did absolutely everything here. Starting with the septic tank, concrete floor within floor heat, custom trench drain, directional drill the water line 600 ft away into the building, walls, insulation, tin, mezzanine, water and sewer works etc

Some more shots of the beautiful 9800 square foot farm shop we built with 20 ft walls.
It is built on a concrete slab on grade. We custom built a trench drain in the floor that is all maintenance free. We installed a septic tank on site as well. We brought water in with our excavator and hired Parkland hydrovac to directional drill 600 ft of water line.
We installed an oil gravel separator with the trench drain. All custom built on site out of concrete.

The drain plates are custom built on a cast in place steel ledger. Custom built and designed by David Collingridge.

Poured concrete aprons outside the overhead door entrances to the shop.

Shop is completely insulated. Constructed from 2x8 walls.

Shop is finished interior and exterior with tin.

Shop has mezzanine built inside with a bathroom and utility room under the mezzanine and a kitchen space on top of the mezzanine.

Installed a custom built shower in the bathroom also.

We did it all.😎

Tore out old failed concrete steps for good spirit housing in Canora. Poured pad for new pwf frame staircases finished with composite deck boards.
Sand blasted and powder coated and reinstalled original steel rails.

Utility and boiler room in the massive shop we built.
We installed in floor heat pipes in the floor and the manifolds. CNC plumbing from Wadena installed the boiler system.
