Progress update from Breakwater, our project on the South Shore! Framing is almost finished, windows are going in, and trades are working through rough-in this week. Caught it on a perfect morning for photos.
We're building this one to a design from RHAD Architects — thoughtful design makes all the difference in how a home comes together. Thanks as well to Monarch Homes for their work on site.
