Job Summary:
As an Electrician with Efficient Electric you will be performing electrical installation of residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate is someone who has a keen interest in the electrical field, can work at various heights, can lift 50+lbs, all while ensuring they and others are always working safely.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts.
• Install brackets, hangers, and lighting fixtures.
• Splice, join, and connect wires to form circuits.
• Test circuit continuity using appropriate equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Connect power to communication equipment and HVAC systems.
• Maintain material inventory during jobs.
• Follow health and safety policies diligently.
• Be willing to work occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends.
• Punctuality is essential.
Required Experience/Skills:
• Red Seal Construction Electrical Certificate
• Client focus
• Detail-oriented
• Friendly and Adaptable
• Initiative
• Familiar with basic technology (ex. Phone app to keep track of daily worked hours/production)
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5)
Salary:
$32.00-$35.50/per hour. Wages are adjusted annually based on performance and inflation.
