Everyone is quick to talk about bad contractors, but today I want to talk about the other side of the story and more importantly, give some recognition to two of our guys.
Nathan and Oliver spent the day working through serious heat and humidity, tackling a property with areas of 4–5 ft overgrown grass and brush. They cut back and reclaimed heavily overgrown areas and loaded and removed a full trailer of yard waste.
At the end of the job, instead of being thanked for the work they put in, our staff were verbally berated and treated disrespectfully, and payment for the agreed service was refused.
Through all of it, Nathan and Oliver kept their composure, remained respectful, and upheld the level of professionalism we expect from everyone representing Scotsman Services.
Running a business means standing behind your clients, but it also means standing behind your employees when they’ve done their jobs and conducted themselves professionally.
