Another transformation completed by Stamina Construction at Creekside Apartments in Chilliwack!

Sometimes you don't need to completely renovate a home to make a big difference.

This project included removing the old carpet and vinyl flooring, preparing and self-levelling the subfloor, installing new a 72 hr black core water resistant laminate flooring, and updating the baseboards and door trim for a clean, modern finish.

Another project underway at Creekside Apartments!

This time, Stamina Construction was brought in to replace the flooring, baseboards and doors, giving the space a fresh, updated look.

From the initial demolition and floor preparation to self-levelling, cutting and installing the new flooring, every step matters when it comes to getting the job done right.

A special shout-out to Bryan Erler | Chilliwack Carpentry for their work on the finishing baseboards and Prodigy Plumbing & Gas Fitting Services for taking care of the vanity and toilet installation.

30 DAYS. ONE COMPLETE HOME TRANSFORMATION.

From the roof right down to the flooring, this Chilliwack home underwent a complete transformation in just 30 days.

Here's a closer look at what Stamina Construction and the trades accomplished:

ROOF — Completely stripped and replaced.

GARAGE — Full overhaul, including new flooring, walls, ceiling and a side-mount garage door opener.

BATHROOMS — Both bathrooms completely gutted and rebuilt with new layouts, fixtures and finishes.

LAUNDRY — Transformed with updated finishes and a dedicated ice machine area with custom cabinetry.

ENSUITE & WALK-IN CLOSET — Reconfigured the layout, eliminated the original bathroom entrance and completely redesigned the bathroom and shower.

KITCHEN — Fully gutted and redesigned with new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, appliances and finishes.

THROUGHOUT THE HOME — New flooring, baseboards, plumbing lines, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, and fresh paint across the ceilings, walls and trim.

30 days of planning, coordination, demolition, rebuilding and finishing.

And now, Gary and Lauri are back in their forever home.

We also want to share a special thank-you to their neighbour for allowing the trades to use her parking space throughout the renovation. It's the little things that make a big difference on a project like this.

30 days ago, we started with the keys to an empty house and a plan.

Today, we delivered their home. 🏠

In just 30 days:
A completely new kitchen.
Both bathrooms fully gutted and rebuilt.
New flooring and baseboards throughout.
All new plumbing lines.
Every light rewired and new fixtures installed.
Ceilings, walls and trim completely repainted.
A full garage overhaul — floor, walls, ceiling and new side-mount opener.
A completely new roof.
And all the finishing details that brought the entire home together.

But after 30 days of demolition, construction, trades and finishing work, the best part wasn’t the before and after.

It was watching Gary and Lauri walk through the door and see their finished home.

And Gary might have said it best:

“This turned out way better than we thought it would.”

We’ve shown you the build. Now it’s time to show you everything we haven’t shown you yet.

It can’t always be about the job site.

Stamina Construction is proud to be part of the community we work and live in. This weekend was about stepping away from the builds, supporting local athletes, meeting people and watching some incredible fights.

A huge thank you to Chilliwack Boxing Club for putting on such a great event and bringing everyone together. From the fighters and coaches to the families and everyone who came out to support them — Chilliwack showed up. 👊

We’re proud to have been a small part of it, and we’re already looking forward to next year.

Because we don’t just work in Chilliwack. We’re part of it.

WEEK 3. The final 1%. 👀

Three weeks into this full home renovation and now it’s all about the details.

Cabinet hardware. Final finishes. Touch-ups. Doors. Electrical. Paint. Faucets. The little things that bring the entire project together.

But we’re not showing you the finished house yet.

You’ve waited 3 weeks… you can wait one more.

Next week, it all comes together. 🏠

Prodigy Plumbing was back on site handling the hot water tank installation as the 30-day build keeps moving forward.

On a full-home renovation like this, it’s not just about what you see when it’s finished. It’s the plumbing, electrical, mechanical work and details behind the walls that make the home work for years to come.

Day 14 of a 30-day full home renovation in Chilliwack. 🏠

Two weeks in — and this house already looks completely different.

New roof. New plumbing lines. Electrical rewired and new fixtures going in. Both bathrooms gutted and rebuilt. Kitchen gutted and redesigned with cabinets now on site. New flooring and baseboards throughout. Garage redone top to bottom. Front and back gardens cleared and prepped.

This is what happens when the right trades work together under one plan.

They said a 30-day full-home renovation wasn’t possible.
14 days down. 16 to go.
